A modern master template that lets anyone at the zoo build an on-brand deck.
The brief. Zoo Knoxville's official PowerPoint template needed a full overhaul. The goal was one consistent, professional system for executive leadership, board meetings, department updates, and sponsorship pitches.
The approach. I designed a versatile suite of layouts: title slides, section dividers, agendas, data and chart pages, photo storytelling slides, and callouts, all built so non-designers can use them easily. Brand typography and custom theme colors are locked into the master, with generous white space for legibility on screen. A reusable asset library of icon sets, chart styles, modular components, and branded image frames lets staff build polished decks quickly without breaking the guidelines. Every layout was tested at 16:9 for flexibility, contrast, and real departmental use.
The outcome. The template is now the official master deck for staff, executive leadership, and the board, making deck creation faster and keeping the brand consistent in every stakeholder meeting.
